  • OS participated in the SGTech’s DT-SME Program which sees Consultants engage Participants to formulate a structured and pragmatic Digital Transformation journey thru the 3S Framework.

  • 8c8 Cloud and JDI consultants - Mr Gordon Lim and Mr Thomas Seet, worked with OS thru an extensive Workshop and 1-1 Consulting Sessions to produce a Transformation Roadmap that aims to solve his current Challenges in a sustainable and futureproof manner – while ensuring optimal Grant support.

  • An AI Agent For Electrical Engineering Team Project is conceived.

 

Outcomes

This initiative allows Otto Solution to leverage on proven AI and Data Driven applications alongside best practices to empower their Team and reimagine the Organization as a trailblazer in the Eco and Electrical Services Industry – Locally and Regionally.

  • Enterprise Transformation

    • Enhance - Reduce manual work by staff across the entire Customer Engagement cycle by at least 75%.

    • Improving morale and accelerating turn around time.

    • Time used for Proposal and Quotation to be cut by at least 95% (i.e 3 days to 30 mins)

    • Market Opportunity – Respond at least 50% swifter to Lead/Contact enquiries with precise information.

    • The project streamlines inventory management with real-time tracking, SKU loss prevention, and delivery optimization, ensuring better capital allocation and demand forecasting.

    • This enhances customer satisfaction, brand perception, and operational efficiency.

  • Workforce Transformation

    • OS has formed a Workforce Transformation Team which will look to roll out :

    • Upskill – A comprehensive training Operational Training Curriculum will deliver training for staff with net new operational know-how of Generational.

    • Empower – The transformation of Otto’s operations and formation allows the crafting of a more holistic Career Development Plans for job scope expansion that allow a staff to acquire skillset that can be transferable to complimentary job scopes.

    • Improve staff retention and reduce turnover.
